Purchase A 6-month Subscription And Get A New Mount!
The fearsome Steamscale Incinerator is a spark-breathing robo-terror that rules the skies wherever it flies. Legends say a mad gnomish inventor had a deranged dream to ride a dragon, so he built this metal monstrosity powered with a trapped demon in order to create “an authentic dragon soul.”
Once you’ve purchased the 6 Month subscription from the Blizzard Shop, the Steamscale Incinerator mount will automatically be added to your in-game collection. Players on an existing 6-month recurring subscription with a future renewal date will receive the Steamscale Incinerator as a gift in their Battle.net desktop app at no additional charge prior to July 20, 2020.
Save 50% On Select Pets, Mounts, And More During Our Summer Sale!
If you’re looking for a hot summer deal, then we’ve got you covered. You can save 50% on select pets, mounts, and more now through July 19.
AIE has been doing well in SWTOR this month. MFNs are on Tuesdays at 9PM Eastern, six Operations teams run weekly, and Friday Master Mode Flashpoints run bi-weekly. Last month’s MEGA was a special edition as it was part of AIE’s ‘Where to Start’ streaming weekend.
This month marked the beginning of the All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally and lots of guildies got their swoop on. This is an event where you progress by doing tricks, blowing up things, and indulging your need for speed. It is going to join the recurring line up of SWTOR event weeks, but first it’s going to have an early return at the end of July. Also, the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event will start up this week and go for just under a month. That is not as long as it has run in past summers, so don’t procrastinate!
Stonethorn DLC and Update 27 was announced. Stonethorn will have two new four person dungeons that continue the stories told in the Harrowstorm DLC and Greymoor. The new dungeons are Castle Thorn, where you are assaulting a fortress to put a stop to an evil invasion, and Stone Garden, where you confront an evil genius and his experiments. Update 24, which is a base-game patch, will have performance improvements to help with stability and reduce load times and will add Homestead character pathing. Character Pathing will allow you to build paths for your pets, assistants, and mounts to follow when they are placed in your houses so they don’t just have to stand in one spot. While there is no release date set yet, the DLC and the update should be on the PTS sometime next week if you want to check them out in advance of launch.
FFXIV’s next patch, “Reflections in Crystal” had it’s release date confirmed for August 11th. With it will be the conclusion of the Shadowbringer’s story, a new trial boss, and the next chapter of the YorHa Dark Apocalypse 24 man raid series, AKA the Nier: Automata crossover.
Map night continues! We’ll be running level 80 maps for the remainder of July with a level 70 map night on August 8th. We’ll likely return to a full level 80 map schedule with the release of patch 5.3, as new materials should be introduced to the Lyhe Ghiah (Lee-a Gee-ya), the treasure dungeons of the pixies.
Thanks to the where to start event and the podcast, traffic has picked up. Stuff we are doing over the next couple weeks will be finally working on some slayer deeds and also it is time to return to Monster Play
We have had a lot of activity this week. We opened up the Research Upgrade on the Spire and then got it completed a few days later. Everyone one put in a great effort. The construction crews have their worker bees going and will have it built a week from Sunday.
As always, Fleet Night is Sundays at 8:30 PM Eastern/7:30 PM Central
And with that, let’s get back to Shojo, Kini, and the Hordeling and find out what’s going on in Animal Crossing.
