The Harrowstorm DLC game pack comes out on February 24th for PC/Mac and consoles on March 10th. At the same time the DLC is launched, Update 25 will happen for the base game that will have performance updates, an overhaul to patching, and some fixes and balance changes.

They are doing a ton of things right now in game with having celebrated 10 years of the game. They have new ships coming, and even had a humble bundle with comics and a ship bundle for STO., some of which they have been talking about in the main sto channel. The anniversary is always a fun time, but they just keep going with this one.

One of the Devs posted that we will be getting some “crazy stuff” in 2020, so speculation is rife. The most likely ideas are that Darth Malgus will sprout tentacles and come under the power of the Old Gods and we will get Lalafells as a playable race.

We’ve had two MFNs since the last AIE podcast including one particularly wild and wooly trip into The Terror from Beyond. We had run out of time for the last fight, but we had some people with us that had never seen it, so we decided to barge in and just take a look. It’s a multi-phase, positioning-heavy battle, so it was more of a lark than anything, but we won anyway! And that was with two healers disconnecting over 9000 times… at least.
And that’s our show for tonight. While the chatroom begins suggesting show titles, we want to thank Marcus and Looci for joining us. And don’t forget, after the show is the AIE podcast stream, this week they are doing:
If you have a question or comment about our show, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also follow us on Twitter. The show is at @aiepodcast. Mew is at @themewkow.
