Salus update! Our 10th and youngest WoW co-guild is running strong at level 15 and should be on track to hit 16 tomorrow. The guild’s 540 members are working hard, but there is always room for more! If you’re interested in switching to Salus, just jump into AIELFO and ask an officer for a swap.
AIE World of warcraft has a new Praetorian! Join us in giving a big congrats to Kephas! He’s a hardworking sucker erm officer who has definitely earned his new promotion! Send your congrats ingame, or on the forums.
This Saturday, June 2nd, in Columbus, Ohio, at the Origins Game Fair, HealerTrek from the forums will be running a seminar on game design and the law. Check his forum post for more details or check his twitter which is @buckeyefitzy.
Our meetup.com site is picking up steam among the membership! Don’t feel like wading through the forums for meetups, have a fun idea that you think would make a great meetup? Head on over to the meetup.com site and do a search for Alea Iacta Est! Joining is free and members are encouraged to use the site! And while you’re there, don’t forget to RSVP for HealerTrek’s Origins Game Fair, Nerdtacular, and DragonCon meetups.
The summer of love is on its way! The summer of love is a guildie appreciation event that’s currently in the planning phase. Past events have included ferrying lower level guildies to flight paths, Running of the beef, and various scavenger hunts. If you have an idea for a summer of love event don’t hesitate to get started! Start planning on ways to share the love today!
Steam is growing! That’s right, beyond the normal TF2 Thursday (Starting at 6pm PST) we have some great steam updates! We have just crested 700 members in the group. That’s right, there are over 700 aie’ers in our steam community! AIE steam also has a new twitter account, @AIE_Steam! Here guildies can stay up to date on the Steam group, special deals in the store, and any updates on the TF2 server and tweet problems they may be having.
