Oldworld Raiders

We are a new raiding group for Alea Iacta Est and are currenlty
seeking new members of AIE who are interested in doing Old-world
raids. Specifically Onyxia's Lair, Naxxramas, Molten Core, and Upper
Blackrock Spire. If you would be interested in joining our raid group
please PM Zoard. We have no gear requirements however we encourage u
to please be wearing at a couple rares. here is the current group
arrangements for what classes we'll need:

Oldworld Raiders Group Arrangment

  • We have 5 spots open for Healing (Classes: Paladin, Druid, Priest)
  • We have 14 spots open for DPS (Classes: Warlock, Mage, Shaman, Priest, Warrior, Rogue)
  • We have 5 spots open for tanks (Classes: Paladin, Warrior)
  • We have 5 spots open for support characters (Classes: Druid, Warlock, Paladin, Shaman)

Current Roster

I don't have names as of yet. However i did recieve many responces to
my forums post. (http://www.myextralife.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=11720). But i've had trouble finding the toon names in some of the posts.

Recruitment Status

We are recruiting new members, to find out what we need please refer
to the Oldworld Raiders group arrangement i have listed above.

Looting Practices

For how we distribute loot among players, I'm thinking the following.
Greed on greens, but on Blues pass and then the group discusses and
manually rolls if necessary to find out who gets loot.

Gear Requirements

As of now no requirements. This might change but i don't know yet. For
now it is recomended, but not required, that you have at least 3-4
rares. Basically i'm leaving it up to players to use their judgement
of what is raid gear and what is not.

Required Addons

We have the following required addons:

  1. Cartographer
  2. Some form of DPS meter. (Recount is a good one)
  3. AIECallToArms, to help see when a raid is happening

Successes

None yet! i'm thinking once we get 20 players recruited we'll be going
to Zul'Gurub and once we get 40 players we shall do Onyxia's Lair,
Molten Core, and Naxxramas.
