Night Owls Raid Group
Who are the Night Owls?
The Night Owls are a casual raid group formed of members of the Alea
Iacta Est guild located on the Earthen Ring World of Warcraft server.
The Night Owls take their name from the fact that they commonly run
late night raids, convenient for both east coast late nighters and
people on the west coast. The core values of this group are to have
fun, be sensitive to real life concerns, and resolve group conflicts.
The long term goal of this group is to see as much end game content as
possible before the Wrath of the Lich King, in keeping with their
values.

How do the Night Owls involve their Active Members in raids?
The Night Owls are conscious of the fact that raid group rosters can
often contain more DPS members than available raiding spots. The
Night Owls rotate available primary and secondary raiding spots among Active
Members on a weekly basis. As we begin to raid we will work out a set
procedure as to make sure all members are included in the progression of the NORG.
What are Friends (Alts) of the Night Owls?
The Night Owls may periodically invite Friends to participate in raids
with them. Friends may at the discretion of the Raid Managers be
invited to become Active Members. If you wish to become a friend contact
one of the raid managers for further information.
